My brothers were once standing in the kitchen while I was in the den listening to their discussion of auto repair get more a and more heated, when my middle brother took a coffee mug by the handle and busted our oldest brother in the side of the head with it. The mug broke and so did my oldest brother's cheek bone. If your employees wanted to tell you something with a coffee mug, they could do it sooo differently. I think they like you.
This mug was a Boss's Day gift (last month) form some of my employees. I hope they weren't trying to tell me something...
