If you look at it upside down, it looks like Mr. Bill. Or that gingerbread man from Shrek.(These are not actual guesses, by the way.)
Looks like the business end of an oil filter taken just a shade too close. Much more sanitary than a urinal cookie, though.
Nobody is even close.
