Souper Bowl of Caring

This morning I played a gig with the Eastminster Presbyterian Praise Band at the Kick off breakfast of the Souper Bowl of Caring. This year marks the 20th aniversary of this national organization that began right here in Columbia. Heisman winner and Superbowl champion, George Rogers, was on hand to sign autographs. I had someone take this picture of me with him, using my phone. I guess I should have taken it myself.

If I squint real hard I get a headache and I still can't tell who it is. But I'll take your word for it - looks like it was fun in a fuzzy kind of way.

I was in the library in the 7th or 8th grade and the principal came in and told us George had won the heisman. I wondered two things: who George Rogers was and did he come in just to tell us that.

I think that's Brion James and Aaron Neville.

I think it's just the camera having a hard time focusing on your awesomeness.

I don't care what anyone says. I can tell it's George Rogers. Of course I can also tell a photoshop job when I see one.

George Rogers my butt. That looks like a blurry picture of Stringbean Wilson. I do miss him.

Did you take the Heisman and throw it WAYYY up into the air and catch it? I understand it's good luck if you do that.
Unless it's OJs... I hear he'll cut you.
