I agree with Jim..."My concern is taking pics behind people, might be an issue one day." Only my concern is the photographer rear ending the photographee. Hadn't you heard you are 127 times more likely to have a traffic accident while you are photographing the ass-end of someone's car than if you had just consumed a fifth of vodka? Think about that one for a while.
