The fights are the only reason I see for going to those silly games. I mean, come on, who stops a game after only 3 quarters? Similarly, the only reason I can see for going to a car race is for the crashes. That's why I like dirt track racing so much.
This is why I like baseball. With all that padding in hockey, what chance do you have for serious injury? And now that they have those barricades up, no on in the stands in getting beaned with a puck either. BO-RING. Give me a bench-clearing brawl where a player might actually break a rib, or a fan might actually take an errant fowl ball to the temple any day. Good times.
